A research carried out in coordination
with ‘MITRA’ , Pune

Regional planning is a field of efficient placement of zoning and infrastructure for the sustainable growth of a region.
ESP considers relevant factors in strategy formulation including economics, transportation, the environment and beyond, in order to suggest an arrangement and intensity of land-uses which are contextual.

A World Bank funded project.

ESP has carried out various studies for Sustainable and Balanced Regional Development by proposing the concept of Decentralized Urbanization.
This innovative concept of ESP has helped identify the voids and potentials of regions, from comprehensive analysis of socio-economic trends at a local, regional and national level, to site specific land use planning and development feasibility studies, for Institutions, Government Agencies and Corporate Clients.
